The OpportunityWe are collaborating with multiple companies in Hart seeking experienced Electrical Engineers. Key Responsibilities- Designs and implements electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoots and resolves electrical issues in production machinery to minimize downtime.
- Develops and maintains electrical schematics, documentation, and safety procedures.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate new equipment and processes.
- Specifies and procures electrical components, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Conducts root cause analysis of electrical failures and implements corrective actions.
Recommended Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in electrical design, testing, and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical) for schematic design and panel layouts.
- Strong understanding of PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems.
- Experience with motor control, VFDs, and power distribution systems.
- Knowledge of relevant electrical safety standards and regulations (e.g., NFPA 70E, NEC).
Bonus Qualifications- Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers or lead technical projects.
