Summary
• We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to analyze requirements and design practical technology solutions, then drive those solutions from concept to implementation.
• It requires strong technical knowledge, strategic decision-making, and collaboration skills to evaluate options (e.g., build vs. buy), create architecture, and guide teams.
• The position also requires the solutions architect to lead cross-functional efforts, facilitating discussions, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery while communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with IT policies and architectural principles
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in solutions architecture
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience analyzing business, operational, and technical requirements and translating them into practical, implementable solution designs and delivery approaches.
• Skilled in driving solution development efforts from early discovery through implementation planning, ensuring momentum, coordination, and execution across stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to take vague or loosely defined requirements and work collaboratively with stakeholders to shape actionable, deliverable technology solutions.
• Experience evaluating build-v-buy options, commercial products, integration approaches, and implementation alternatives, including identifying tradeoffs, risks, dependencies, and recommended paths forward.
• Proven ability to move initiatives forward by facilitating technical discussions, resolving blockers, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining alignment between business objectives and delivery teams.
