Summary

We are seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead the expansion of our Payment Solutions portfolio. You will be responsible for hunting new enterprise business, leveraging your deep network in the fintech/payments space to position ThoughtFocus as the partner of choice for digital payment transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation: Drive the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing, focusing on multi-year service contracts and custom payment solution deployments.
  • Strategic Positioning: Articulate the value of ThoughtFocus payment capabilities, including merchant services, payment gateway integration, and automated clearing house (ACH) solutions.
  • Consultative Selling: Identify complex client pain points and collaborate with our engineering teams to propose tailored technology frameworks.
  • Executive Presence: Build and maintain relationships with C-Suite stakeholders (CFOs, CTOs, and Heads of Payments) within mid-to-large-scale enterprises.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and robust multi-million dollar pipeline within CRM, providing regular forecasts to the Head of Sales.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 5 years specifically selling Fintech or Payment Solutions.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the payments landscape (ISO, Acquirers, Gateways, PCI Compliance, and Embedded Finance).
  • Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding $2M+ annual individual sales quotas.
  • Geography: Located on the US East Coast to align with our primary client base and HQ operations.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
