What You\'ll Do
- Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Complete vehicle inspections using digital vehicle inspections (DVI)
- Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns
- Perform major mechanical repairs and replacements
- Accurately document findings and recommended repairs
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and productivity
- Collaborate with advisors to keep repairs moving efficiently
What We\'re Looking For
- Strong diagnostic and drivability skills
- Minimum 5+ years of automotive experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment
- Experience with electrical diagnostics and complex repairs
- Valid driver\'s license
- Independent experience over dealership preferred
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
