Job Title: Senior Microsoft Dynamics Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics Project Manager with over 10 years of proven expertise in managing complex, enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM) implementations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive digital transformation initiatives while ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale, end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, upgrade, and migration projects

• Define project vision, strategy, roadmap, and governance framework

• Manage multiple concurrent projects and program-level initiatives

• Engage with C-level stakeholders to align business objectives with technology solutions

• Drive solution architecture discussions in collaboration with functional and technical teams

• Oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and quality assurance

• Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints

• Establish and enforce project management best practices, standards, and methodologies

• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members

• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party integrations

• Lead change management, user adoption strategies, and training initiatives

• Monitor KPIs, project performance metrics, and continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

• 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5+ years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM)

• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level Dynamics implementations

• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, etc.)

• Extensive experience in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models

• Expertise in stakeholder management at executive levels

• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

• Experience in managing globally distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)

• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)

• Knowledge of Azure cloud services and integration frameworks

• Experience in digital transformation and enterprise architecture initiatives
