Role: .NET Full Stack Developer
Location: Toronto, ON (4 Days Onsite)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise across backend, frontend, and cloud-native development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, MVC, APIs, and SQL Server.
• Work with OCP / modern .NET practices to build scalable enterprise solutions.
• Participate in the full SDLC including coding standards, code reviews, build processes, and testing.
• Collaborate closely with team members using pair programming and Agile practices.
• Manage code branching, merging, and release processes using Git.
• Integrate web applications with Angular or React front-end components.
• Communicate with business teams to support UAT, requirement understanding, and test case preparation.
• Work with Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies following Scrum, BDD, and shift-left methodologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of strong experience as a .NET Full Stack Developer
• Excellent hands-on knowledge of:
  • ASP.NET Core, C#, MVC
  • SQL Server & API development
  • Web-based application architectures
  • Git (merging, branching, release processes)
• Experience working with:
  • DB2 connections via JDBC template
  • Multiple database environments
  • Agile / BDD methodology

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kafka, asynchronous calls
• JMS, IMS/J2C transactions
• Redis cache or internal caching frameworks
• Timeout handling strategies
