The Work
Our Radar Systems Engineering team is seeking
a candidate to support the integration, test, and
verification of high performance Active
Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar
systems. The Radar Systems Engineer will:
? Apply advanced technologies, scientific
principles, theories and concepts to develop
revolutionary system solutions
? Support integration and test, evaluate test
results, investigate discrepancies, provide technical assessment of anomalies, and drive
issues to resolution
? Conduct system verification and support
certification activities
? Represent the organization on contracts and
interface with internal and external customers,
program and senior leadership, and
multidisciplinary engineering teams on significant
technical matters
? Have strong analytical and communication skills and work well in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment
? Be comfortable working in hands-on laboratory or field environments
? Work a Non-standard shift as needed
? Have the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support site installs, checkout and integration testing

This position requires a U.S. DoD Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor?s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent STEM degree with minimum of 2 years relevant experience, or a Master's degree
? Integration and test experience on complex systems
? Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python
? Excellent communication skills
? Flexibility to work non-standard work shifts and weekends as required by the supported program
? U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a DoD Secret
level clearance
