AI Product Designer – Emerging Systems (Agentic & Generative UX)

We are seeking a senior-level AI Product Designer to define next-generation AI-native and agent-based operating system experiences 3–5 years ahead of market release.

This is a systems-level design role focused on generative UI, adaptive interaction models, and AI-driven orchestration — not a traditional web or marketing design role.

You will work within an innovation-focused global UX studio collaborating with researchers, creative technologists, and AI teams to shape future platform experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end UX concept development for AI-native and generative systems
• Define and prototype agent-based interaction models and intent-driven navigation paradigms
• Design adaptive UI systems and dynamic layouts that evolve based on context and AI output
• Translate complex AI behaviors into intuitive, human-centered flows and interaction frameworks
• Create strategy decks, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity concept prototypes for executive leadership
• Contribute to Jobs-To-Be-Done analysis, opportunity mapping, and long-term product roadmap vision

Required Experience

• 10+ years of UI/UX / Interaction / Product Design experience
• 10+ years of UX, Interaction Design, or HCI experience, with at least 3 years focused on emerging or AI-powered product experiences 
• knowledge of current AI product design tools — including generative UI prototyping, AI-assisted design workflows, or prompt-driven concept exploration 
• Strong command of OS-level or system UX design — navigation models, information architecture, cross-surface continuity 
• Experience working within or alongside a scaled design system, including contributing patterns, interaction specs, or component logic 
• Proficiency in Figma including component architecture, auto-layout, and variable/token workflows 
• Ability to create compelling concept visions — from rough scenario sketches to polished, leadership-ready artifacts

• This is a systems-level AI design role. Candidates without direct AI product or agent-based design experience will not be considered.
