Overview:
Our client is seeking a seasoned ERP Project Manager to serve as Managing Consultant on a large-scale, long-term engagement supporting Airline Client). The ideal candidate brings deep ERP program management experience combined with domain expertise in the automotive industry, and is comfortable operating at a Managing Consultant level managing scope, budget, stakeholders, and delivery teams across a complex, multi-phase program.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management of ERP implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives within an Airline industry environment
Own project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resource management across the full project lifecycle
Serve as primary point of contact for client stakeholders, executive sponsors, and delivery leadership
Manage cross-functional teams including business analysts, systems analysts, architects, developers, and SMEs
Drive project governance: status reporting, steering committee updates, RAID logs, and change control
Coordinate across multiple workstreams (Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc. as applicable) to ensure aligned delivery
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating appropriately
Ensure adherence to project management best practices/methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid as required by client)
Support long-term roadmap planning given the multi-year engagement horizon

Required Experience:
Proven experience as a ERP Project Manager / Managing Consultant on large ERP programs.
End to end implementation of Oracle ERP.
Prior experience within the Airline industry (OEM, supplier, or related manufacturing/automotive operations preferred)
Strong track record managing multi-year, multi-phase ERP engagements
Experience managing distributed, cross-functional teams (business + technical) in a remote setting
Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and presentation skills
Strong command of PM tools and methodologies (PMP or equivalent a plus)
Experience with budget/financial oversight of large project engagements

Nice to Have:
Oracle or major ERP platform implementation experience
Experience specifically within AUTOMOTIVE client environments
Background in Financials, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing ERP modules
PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification
