TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANALYST

HOW A TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Analyzes, maintains, and modifies telecommunications systems supporting 911 (Inform Platform) operations and sustainment to meet operational standards.
• Monitors the operations of 911 systems and services of vendors.
• Conducts studies regarding 911 systems usage and recommends changes as appropriate.
• Plans, coordinates and performs all moves and installation of 911 equipment.
• Tests, adjusts, and troubleshoots complex hardware equipment as necessary.
• Maintains records and prepares complex reports relevant to the operation of the 911 system.
• Provides end-user training of 911 features and functionality.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree: Degree in Telecommunications / IT related field desirable.
Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills: Telecommunications and 911 systems / platforms.
Security Clearance Level: Agency specific - Public Trust
Required Skills and Abilities: Communication and problem solving. After hours call out - support.
Preferred Skills: 911 Voice and Video technologies.
Location: On Company Site (Oklahoma City, OK).

The likely salary range for this position is $66,560 - $86,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
