UAT Tester

Role: UAT Tester

Location: Seattle, WA, 100% onsite (5 days from office)

Duration: 6+ Months contract

Job Description:

UAT engineers work closely with end-users to validate that the software or peripheral device meets their requirements and expectations.

Facilitate testing sessions and standups, vendor management on defects, gather user feedback and ensure the final product aligns with the intended use cases and business requirements.

Compile UAT Plan per assigned project.

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of multiple projects' test plans, cases, results, and other UAT-related artifacts.

Experience creating test scenarios and test execution for on Telco Lead to order and order to cash flows for B2B.

Experience in quality assurance.

Experience in manual testing

Experience with Jira & Confluence.

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment

Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Experience leading process improvements

Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Knowledge of QA methodology and tools.

Knowledge of a spectrum of technical platforms and tools (iOS, Android, Mac, PC, etc.).

Experience using data to influence business decisions,

Experience working with diversified stakeholders including Program Managers, QAEs, TPMs, Developers, Operations, and leadership.

Ability to be flexible, self-govern multiple projects, and effectively report on each.
