Position Summary
The Workbrain Developer will own development, configuration, and support of the Infor Workbrain platform.
This role focuses on enhancing existing functionality, supporting integrations, and maintaining compliance
driven time and attendance systems. The position requires deep hands on experience in Workbrain and strong
backend development skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and enhance Infor Workbrain WFM modules
Configure pay rules, validations, accruals, and entitlements
Build custom forms and workflows
Design and support HR and clock integrations
Write and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
Develop Workbrain extensions using Java and J2EE
Support upgrades and on premises environments
Troubleshoot production issues
Collaborate with business and technical teams
Document technical solutions and processes
Required Qualifications
5 to 7 years hands on Infor Workbrain experience (MAX 10 YoE. We are not looking for an overly
senior-level candidate)
Strong Java and J2EE development background
Advanced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills
Experience with retail or large workforce environments
Knowledge of US labor and time compliance
Agile delivery experience
Strong communication skills
Experience working in hybrid team environments
