Enterprise Application Consultant - Filenet

Introduction:

The Enterprise Application Consultant - Filenet will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of FileNet and Knowledge Lake solutions for the Strategic Technology Solutions division within the Department of Finance & Administration. This position plays a crucial role in daily operations, providing services to over 23 State agencies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Java applications using FileNet and Knowledge Lake API’s for workflow development
• Manage relational databases such as SQL Server, DB2, and Oracle
• Implement scanning and indexing solutions like IBM Data Cap, Kofax Auto Store, and Knowledge Lake
• Conduct business analysis and project design
• Administer systems and work with cloud technologies
• Automate business processes using FileNet and Knowledge Lake environments
• Perform demos and troubleshoot issues related to FileNet and Knowledge Lake
• Mentor ECM staff as needed

Requirements:

Required Experience:

• Experience in design, development, and troubleshooting of FileNet and Knowledge Lake Solutions
• Proficiency in developing Java applications for FileNet and Knowledge Lake environments
• Knowledge of workflow maps and custom components in FileNet and Knowledge Lake
• Familiarity with FileNet P8 Content Platform Engine, Process Engine, Content Navigator, and APIs
• Experience with Knowledge Lake APIs or willingness to learn
• Knowledge of IBM WebSphere Application Server and deployed applications
• Ability to administer and troubleshoot highly available FileNet P8 environments
• Experience with scanning and indexing solutions like IBM Data Cap, Kofax Auto Store, and Knowledge Lake
• Proficiency in SSL certificates and certificate vaults
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or related field
