Overview
The bank is seeking a detail oriented Business Analyst / PM with ServiceNow experience to support the design, enhancement, and optimization of enterprise workflows across IT and business functions. This role partners closely with technology teams, risk and compliance groups, and business stakeholders to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet regulatory requirements, improve operational efficiency, and align with the bank's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units, IT, cybersecurity, and risk teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow initiatives.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Support ServiceNow implementations across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC/IRM, or custom applications.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and workflow mapping to ensure alignment with banking processes and controls.
- Partner with ServiceNow developers and architects to validate solution designs and ensure adherence to platform best practices.
- Facilitate UAT planning, test case development, execution, and defect tracking.
- Ensure all documentation meets internal audit, regulatory, and change management standards (SOX, FFIEC, OCC, etc.).
- Support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation to measure process performance and adoption.
- Assist in change management activities, including training materials, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifications
- 3 7 years of Business Analyst / PM experience, preferably within banking or financial services.
- 2+ years of hands on experience working with ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC).
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.
- Experience working in regulated environments with strict governance and audit requirements.
- Proficiency in writing user stories, process flows, functional specs, and test cases.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
