Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
The candidate will design, develop, test, and maintain secure and scalable enterprise applications. The role requires experience across the complete Software Development Life Cycle, including application design, coding, debugging, testing, deployment, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications.
Build backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop frontend applications using React.js.
Write secure, scalable, and high-quality code.
Troubleshoot application issues and technical problems.
Understand upstream and downstream system dependencies.
Participate in application design, development, testing, and deployment.
Apply SDLC tools and automation practices.
Follow Agile development methodologies.
Implement CI/CD, application resiliency, and security best practices.
Use enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to improve development productivity while validating outputs through testing and code reviews.
Required Skills:
5+ years of Java development experience.
Strong Spring Boot experience.
Hands-on React.js development.
Application design and development.
Debugging and troubleshooting.
Full Software Development Life Cycle experience.
Database and database querying experience.
Agile and CI/CD exposure.
Application resiliency and secure coding practices.
Preferred Skills:
AWS.
Cassandra.
Kafka.
REST APIs.
Terraform.
JMeter / LoadRunner.
Dynatrace.
Modern frontend technologies.
Cloud and AI/ML exposure.
Important: Java, Spring Boot, and React.js are the core requirements. AWS, Cassandra, Kafka, Terraform, and performance testing tools are additional advantages, not mandatory requirements.
