Job Title:
SAP Solution Architect Supply Chain Management (SCM) & Quality Management (QM)
Duration: 6months +
Project Context:
This role is part of a complex SAP S/4HANA transformation program for a global multinational organization in the Life Sciences industry. The program involves harmonizing supply chain and quality processes across multiple geographies and business units while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and adopting a Clean Core approach. Should have interacted with Business to understand Business Requirements and drafting them into Requirement documentation.
Role Overview:
The SAP Solution Architect will lead the design and delivery of SCM and Quality Management solutions within SAP S/4HANA. The role requires strong business process understanding, deep functional expertise, and experience in handling complex RICEFW requirements while adhering to a Clean Core strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end solution architecture for SCM and QM processes in SAP S/4HANA.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Define global process standards for Procurement, Inventory Management, Production Planning, Quality Inspection, and Batch Management.
Ensure compliance with Life Sciences industry regulations (e.g., GxP, FDA, ISO).
Drive integration with related modules (MM, PP, SD, EWM) and external systems.
Lead fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, and configuration activities.
Analyze and design complex RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) with a Clean Core approach (minimizing custom code and leveraging SAP standard).
Provide guidance on SAP best practices, Fiori apps, and embedded analytics.
Familiarity with Fiori apps, SAP Best Practices, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Oversee testing strategy and ensure quality delivery across phases.
Act as a trusted advisor on SAP roadmap and future enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
15+ years of SAP experience with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations in SCM and QM.
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Activate methodology.
Deep understanding of Plan-to-Produce, Procure-to-Pay, and Quality Management processes.
Experience in Life Sciences industry and familiarity with compliance requirements.
Proven track record in complex global SAP transformation programs.
Hands-on experience with RICEFW analysis and design in large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of Clean Core principles and extensibility options (e.g., SAP BTP, CDS Views, APIs).
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP certification in SCM or QM.
Experience in global template design and rollout.
Exposure to regulated manufacturing environments and serialization requirements.

Job Title: SAP Functional Solution Architect Material Management & Logistics
Duration: 6months +

Role Overview:
The SAP Functional Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end solutions for Material Management (MM) and Logistics Execution (LE) processes within the SAP S/4HANA landscape. The role requires deep functional expertise, strong integration knowledge, and the ability to align business requirements with SAP best practices. Should have interacted with Business to understand Business Requirements and drafting them into Requirement documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the solution design for MM and Logistics processes in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with global template and business objectives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Define end-to-end process flows for procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation.
Ensure seamless integration with related modules (SD, PP, EWM, TM, Finance).
Provide thought leadership on SAP best practices, innovations (e.g., Fiori apps, embedded analytics), and industry standards.
Support fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, and configuration activities.
Oversee data migration strategy for MM and logistics-related master and transactional data.
Partner with technical teams for custom developments, enhancements, and interfaces.
Drive testing strategy, including unit, integration, and UAT phases.
Act as a trusted advisor to the client on SAP roadmap and future enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
15+ years of SAP experience with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations in MM and Logistics.
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA (latest versions) and understanding of SAP Activate methodology.
Deep knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Inbound/Outbound Logistics, and Transportation processes.
Experience with Advanced ATP, EWM, and TM integration is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Fiori apps, SAP Best Practices, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a global, multicultural environment.
Ability to lead workshops, drive consensus, and manage complex solution landscapes.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP certification in MM or Logistics modules.
Experience in global template design and rollout projects.
Exposure to regulated industries (e.g., pharma, manufacturing) and compliance requirements.
