Four key areas that you?ll always focus on are the safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity of your department. Key responsibilities include:
?\tCollaborate with site leadership on quality and Customer Experience metrics, including the root cause analysis of problem areas
?\tStreamline logistics in the operation through the implementation of standard work and team leadership
?\tSupport and commit to all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates
?\tProactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools
Supervisory Responsibilities:
You and your team of Transportation Associates are responsible for Amazon customers receiving their orders. You are responsible for ensuring that you have properly trained people, and that their needs are addressed so they can focus on their jobs. Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce. Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. In addition, one of the most important aspects of your job is to lead change at internet speed because innovation has made us the global company that we are today.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
- Experience managing teams of 20 people or greater
- Experience with process improvements (Lean Six Sigma and/or Kaizen)
- Experience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field
- Experience in one or more of the following industries: shipping/logistics distribution centers, manufacturing environments, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and customer-facing / customer-service environments

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
