Summary

Position Title: Servicing Analyst
Duration: 8 months
Working hours: 9am-5pm
Working Location: Billings, MT, US, 59101

Structure: Onsite

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries related to liens, titles, insurance, and related services. Investigates and resolves title issues, customer concerns, and complaints while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries and requests related to title processing, lien perfection, insurance requirements, and related operational activities.
  • Communicate with customers, dealerships, DMV offices, and other business partners regarding title and insurance requirements, deficiencies, and resolutions.
  • Research and resolve title issues, discrepancies, and customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken to ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
  • Provide timely updates and information to customers and stakeholders regarding account status and title-related requirements.
  • Support departmental objectives by completing additional title and customer service-related tasks as assigned.

Must Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5–7 years of customer service or related experience preferred.
  • Experience working with title processing, vehicle finance, or similar operational environments is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, and data entry systems.
