Project Manager Talent Technology / HR Strategic Programs

We're hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact, enterprise-wide HR and Talent Technology initiatives that support workforce transformation and employee experience. You'll drive complex, cross-functional programs spanning HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, HRIS, Enterprise Technology, and other business partners while providing executive-level visibility and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

*This role is Fully Remote*

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives

• Experience delivering HRIS, Talent Technology, HR, workforce, or business transformation programs

• Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders, project governance, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional teams

• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments with competing priorities

• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
