Responsibilities**
Analyze large volumes of AMDB and ServiceNow data to identify lifecycle trends, root causes, and optimization opportunities.
Develop and maintain executive-ready dashboards and visualizations that support operational and strategic decision-making.
Translate complex asset and ticket data into concise, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Enhance reporting processes through automation, data validation controls, and reporting standardization.
Partner cross-functionally with Asset Management and Technology teams to strengthen data quality and streamline reporting workflows.
*Skills**
Proficiency in SQL.
Strong experience developing interactive dashboards in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, data modeling principles, and performance-aware data transformation techniques.
Experience working with large, complex datasets and integrating ServiceNow data for lifecycle and operational analysis.
Demonstrated ability to design clear, executive-ready visualizations that convert operational metrics into actionable insights.
Experience building Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven) and leveraging Power Automate to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.
