Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology and product initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience driving complex programs across engineering, product, operations, and business teams.
Candidates with prior experience at Apple required due to exposure to large-scale product ecosystems, operational excellence, stakeholder management, and high-quality delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project/program execution across multiple teams and business units.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, QA, operations, and leadership teams.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
Coordinate with global stakeholders and ensure alignment on project priorities.
Track KPIs, milestones, and resource planning to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
Manage vendor coordination and external partner communication when required.
Drive program governance and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
Required Skills
Strong Project/Program Management experience.
Experience managing large-scale enterprise or product engineering initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Strong experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project, or Asana.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience handling executive-level reporting and presentations.
