Position: Database Platform Engineer
Location: Remote - Full Time | Direct Hire
Salary: $140,000 - 164,000 base + excellent benefits

Cloud-native database platform engineer + architect + automation leader
Core Focus Areas
AWS-first database architecture (RDS, Aurora, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redshift)
Legacy ? cloud modernization
Microservice-aligned data modeling & DDD
Performance, HA, DR, global resiliency
Event-driven data, CDC, real-time streaming
Infrastructure as Code & CI/CD for databases
Security, governance, compliance at scale
Enablement of product & engineering teams
