Requirements

10 or more years of experience in SAP Project Management executing full-cycle enterprise software implementations as a certified PMP.

Proficiency in Kronos Timekeeping and Kronos Advanced Scheduler for complex enterprise workforce management deployments.

Experience with SAP data integrations, Cross Reference Tables, and synchronizing external human resource applications.

Experience in developing custom Kronos dashboards, data views, HyperFind queries, and advanced statistical reporting solutions.

Experience with managing strict system permissions, user group personalization, and physical time clock connectivity troubleshooting.

Experience in directing system release assessments, software defect triage, test plan execution, and technical vendor support case management.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for delivering executive updates and driving cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities

Manages full-cycle SAP and Kronos implementation operations while mitigating technical risks and defining intricate system business rules.

Configures and deploys Kronos Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduler modules to modernize legacy workforce duty rostering platforms.

Resolves complex enterprise data integration failures between timekeeping systems and external SAP-based resource platforms.

Engineers advanced operational reports, customized system dashboards, and dynamic data views for executive performance tracking.

Evaluates recurring software releases, guides defect triage protocols, and oversees comprehensive system deployment testing phases.

Administers physical time clock hardware connectivity by monitoring scheduled device events and applying corrective manual updates.

Interfaces with primary software vendors to escalate global support cases, document architectural specifications, and validate new feature integrations.
