Workday Training Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking an experienced Workday Financial Training Lead to support a Workday Financials implementation. This role will lead the training strategy and execution, ensuring end users are fully prepared for go-live. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience leading Workday Financial training initiatives and is comfortable guiding offshore training resources in a fast-paced implementation environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience as a Training Lead for Workday Financials (required)
* Strong background in training strategy development, curriculum design, and training delivery
* Experience leading or coordinating offshore training development teams
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across multiple teams
* Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with change management in large system implementations
* Prior involvement in Workday go-live and post-go-live support phases
* Familiarity with structured training methodologies and adult learning principles

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
