Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Cloud – Supply Planning Lead to lead end-to-end supply chain planning operations for a high-tech telecom client. This role will oversee planning execution, system integrations, subcontract manufacturing processes, and continuous process improvements within Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership capabilities, deep Oracle Cloud Planning expertise, and experience integrating enterprise systems such as SAP and Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead the Oracle Cloud Supply Planning team

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain planning operations

• Ensure accurate demand signals are transmitted to global contract manufacturing (CM) partners

• Monitor daily planning processes and ensure operational excellence

• Act as onsite/functional lead for planning initiatives

Supply Chain Operations

• Strong experience with sub-contracted manufacturing planning

• Onboard and manage multiple CM partners within Oracle Cloud Planning

• Execute and analyze multiple planning scenarios

• Compare KPIs and business measures across planning dimensions

• Monitor and validate inbound data files from:

  • CM partners

  • SAP ERP systems

• Perform root cause analysis for missing or inconsistent data

• Ensure data integrity across planning systems

System Integration & Development

• Integrate Oracle Cloud Supply Planning with external ERP systems such as SAP

• Develop and maintain integration between Planning systems and Snowflake for advanced reporting

• Implement Machine Learning integration with custom applications to generate AI-driven forecasts

• Configure and manage Apache Airflow DAG Scheduler for automated job orchestration

• Support advanced reporting and analytics capabilities

Process Improvement & Automation

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for planning accuracy and efficiency

• Develop automation solutions to streamline supply chain processes

• Design and implement system enhancements based on evolving business needs

• Apply supply chain best practices to optimize operations

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SCM Cloud – Supply Planning

• Experience in high-tech / telecom industry

• Deep knowledge of:

  • Subcontract manufacturing planning

  • Demand & supply planning processes

  • Scenario planning & KPI analysis

• Experience integrating Oracle Cloud with:

  • SAP ERP

  • Snowflake

• Experience with automation and orchestration tools (Airflow preferred)

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML forecasting models

• Exposure to large-scale global planning transformations

• Knowledge of advanced reporting & analytics frameworks

• Experience managing distributed global teams
