Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineering Lead to drive test automation and quality initiatives for a Back Office Process Management (BOPM) workflow system. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation frameworks, BPM tools like Camunda, and modern AI-assisted development tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end test automation and quality engineering efforts
• Manage and deliver 2-3 releases per month
• Collaborate with product owners, development teams, and client stakeholders
• Coordinate across onsite and offshore teams (1 onsite, 2 offshore)
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and timelines
• Leverage Gen AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve productivity and test coverage

Skills:

• The candidate should be Camunda, BOPM, AWS, Github Copilot, Gen AI, Camunda, Java, Selenium, Test Automation.
• Good knowledge on Glue jobs, S3
• Need to be a team player.
• Need to have good communication.
• Should abide compliance and adhere to office timings

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Back Office Process Management (BOPM) systems
• Hands-on expertise in Camunda
• Proficiency in Java and Selenium (SDET)
• Experience with Test Automation frameworks
• Solid understanding of AWS concepts
• Exposure to GitHub Copilot / Gen AI tools

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AWS Glue Jobs
• Knowledge of Amazon S3

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering / Test Automation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to lead releases and coordinate across teams
• Team player with a proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
