  • Help ensure project scope is clearly defined and that changes are managed in accordance with project processes.
  • Contribute to procurement, construction, and commissioning activities, such as preparing requisitions, supporting technical bid evaluations, and reviewing vendor documentation.
  • Serve as Mechanical Lead on projects, when assigned.

Team Coordination
  • Outline project requirements, actively promote workshare where appropriate, assign tasks, and supervise progress.
  • Ensure that required services meet Worley, client, and applicable regulatory requirements, on time and within budget.

  • Maintain awareness of relevant developments and innovations in mechanical engineering.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge sharing within the mechanical engineering team.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, project stakeholders, and clients.
  • Identify challenges, contribute to solutions, and seek input when appropriate.

Technical and Industry Experience
  • Experience supporting projects in nuclear, refining, chemical, or petrochemical facilities, or similar industrial environments.
  • Experience contributing to multiple phases of engineering projects, from early concept through detailed design, including work on nuclear systems or facilities.
  • Strong technical and practical mechanical engineering skills, with the ability to deliver accurate and timely work.
