Job Description:- Lead process improvement, labor optimization, and productivity initiatives.
- Develop capacity, headcount, and cycle-time models to support operational decision-making.
- Manage projects, influence stakeholders, and present recommendations to leadership.
- Prepares work-analysis information and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Education- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of Industrial Engineering experience in manufacturing, preferably automotive.
- Experience with process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ability and willingness to adopt flexible work hours in order to support the launch of manufacturing processes and meet program demands, including travel approximately 25% of the time (domestic and international).
- Strong analytical and project leadership skills.
