Description
ESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create drafts of Generator Interconnection Agreements (GIA), Facility Construction Agreements (FCA), Multiparty Facility Construction Agreements (MPFCA) with Transmission Owners and Interconnection Customers.
Collaborate with theLegal team on details related to the agreements and address any questions the Interconnection Customer and Transmission Customer may have. Facilitate interconnection agreement related information exchange with impacted Service lines
Report progress and schedules for all agreements Ability to make timely recommendations to effectively solve problems, using independent judgment consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations, and/or law.
Professionally exercises discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day work
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, policies and procedures. Ability to articulate in writing detailed concepts and to present information to a variety of audiences in a clear and concise manner. Ability to coordinate across the organization to complete projects on time.
Ability to work within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with minimal supervision.'
Ability to provide an excellent customer experience to both internal and external clients Complete all other duties as assigned

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience (5 + years) is required
Experience in RTO, TOs stakeholder involvement is required
Experience in a Regulatory Environment is required
Prior contract negotiation/drafting experience is required
Understanding NERC, FERC Regulatory Compliance Requirements, preferred
Understanding CIP and SSAE 16 Regulatory Compliance Requirements, preferred

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr.
