Role: Oracle Business Operations Analyst
Location: Remote
Role Overview:
The role is responsible for supporting post-go-live Oracle operations by evaluating stabilization efforts, analyzing operational processes and data, supporting operational models, and facilitating alignment between business and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate Post-Go-Live Processes and Projects
Assess schedules, action logs, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) trackers, and meeting documentation for stabilization efforts.
Ensure cross-team deliverables are aligned with timelines and escalation paths are clearly defined.
Deliver Structured Operational Models for Business Teams
Analyze existing Oracle-enabled business processes across functions such as HR, Finance, and Procurement.
Support development of operational models for service delivery, process ownership, SLAs, and resource needs.
Assist in creation of playbooks, swimlane diagrams, and RACI matrices.
Analyze Operational Data to Identify Gaps and Opportunities
Collect and analyze data from Oracle SaaS platforms, ticketing systems, and manual trackers.
Identify process inefficiencies, user friction points, and underutilized functionality.
Support root cause analysis and present findings through dashboards, summaries, and reports.
Provide Administrative and Communication Support for Operations Teams
Prepare meeting materials and manage documentation workflows.
Update SOPs and maintain centralized documentation repositories.
Ensure accurate communication of timelines, process changes, and ownership across teams.
Facilitate Cross-Functional Alignment Between Business and IT
Act as a liaison between business operations teams and technical teams.
Ensure operational models are executable and aligned with system capabilities.
Track enhancement requests and ensure business requirements are clearly translated.
