• Proven experience designing IAM solutions for large enterprise environments (30,000+ users preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint (IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow)
• Expertise in identity provisioning, lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and access governance
• Experience developing IAM roadmaps, target-state architectures, and transformation strategies
• Strong understanding of identity governance, certifications, segregation of duties, and compliance controls
• Experience integrating IAM platforms with complex application ecosystems and enterprise platforms
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, security teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders
Preferred Experience:
• Healthcare, hospital, academic medical center, or higher education environments
• Experience supporting complex identity ecosystems with multiple user populations and identity sources
• Knowledge of Epic or other healthcare application environments
• Experience with authentication modernization, SSO, MFA, federation, and cloud identity platforms
• Background leading enterprise IAM transformation initiatives and governance programs
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess current IAM environment, processes, and technology landscape
• Define future-state IAM architecture and strategic roadmap
• Identify opportunities for automation, governance improvements, and operational efficiencies
• Establish IAM standards, best practices, and architectural direction
• Partner with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to align IAM initiatives with organizational goals
• Provide executive-level recommendations and guidance on IAM strategy and transformation efforts
