Detailed Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the banking domain.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Work with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

·         Determine business objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating requirements.

·         Prepare Detailed Requirement Specifications (DRS) and conduct peer reviews and walkthroughs.

·         Understand current and future system architecture, including enhancements and integrations.

·         Support integration of vendor products into the organization’s ecosystem.

·         Collaborate with multiple teams (business, development, QA, vendors) to ensure requirement clarity and alignment.

·         Work in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, managing relevant artifacts (BRD, FRD, user stories, etc.).

·         Assist in testing phases, including UAT support and validation of business requirements.

·         Perform data analysis using SQL and spreadsheets to support business decisions.

Must Have Skills:

·         Strong experience in the banking domain (mandatory).

·         Proven experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis.

·         Experience with core banking systems (preferred).

·         Hands-on experience with web-based systems and system integrations.

·         Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile & Waterfall).

·         Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

·         Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and data analysis.

·         Experience supporting testing and UAT activities.
