Position Details:
• Role: Salesforce Support Analyst (Application Support Analyst)
• Location: Hartford, CT
• Work Model: Hybrid (minimum 1 day onsite per week)

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide end-user support for Salesforce-based portals (Provider Portal, Parent Portal, and Single Entry Portal)
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
• Support enhancements, testing, and feature rollouts
• Assist with UAT testing and release validation
• Work with developers, analysts, and Agile teams
• Handle issue tracking, documentation, and reporting using Azure DevOps and Jira
• Support onboarding and rollout of new Single Entry Portal
Key Deliverables:
• End-user support resolution and troubleshooting documentation
• Issue tracking and triage in Jira and Azure DevOps
• UAT support and test cycle execution
• Knowledge base articles and user documentation
• Feedback tracking for enhancements and portal improvements
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Supporting provider, parent, and Single Entry portals
• Participating in Agile ceremonies and backlog discussions
• Coordinating with technical teams for bug fixes and enhancements
• Ensuring high-quality user support and timely issue resolution
