Description
- Design and support enterprise network security solutions, including firewalls and content filtering.
- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
- Execute changes in alignment with ITIL and Change Management practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for design requirements and production support transitions.
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage network security service requests and maintain data quality standards.
- Analyze requests, prioritize delivery dates, and execute changes within approved windows.
- Create and implement firewall and content filtering configurations.
- Support incident resolution through configuration changes.
- Act as a consultant for network security technologies.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in network security or related disciplines.
- Hands-on experience with firewall technologies.
- Experience managing web content filtering infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of network-based technologies and protocols.
- Industry certifications in network security or related technologies.
