Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic professional with a strong blend of Business Analysis and Project Management capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into actionable plans, and driving execution to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with clarity and precision
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams
• Drive project execution by coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards

Technical Skills:

• Advanced Excel
• SQL (SQL Server / BigQuery / PostgreSQL)
• Python (basic to intermediate)
• Project tracking & reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management roles
• Strong communication skills – clear, concise, and effective
• Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in managing stakeholders and coordinating across teams
• Ability to drive team deliverables and ensure accountability
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
• Experience handling end-to-end project lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications:

• Telecom Domain Experience.
• Prior experience working on projects involving the ServiceNow platform is a significant plus
