Job Description: This Oracle Database Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management, monitoring, and support of mission-critical Oracle database environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability across primarily on-premises infrastructure with a growing cloud footprint. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on Oracle DBA experience, including expertise with Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data replication and synchronization, as well as strong operational knowledge of database maintenance, backups, recovery, security, and user profile management. This individual will proactively monitor database health, respond to alerts, triage and assign issues, and serve as a key technical resource during incident bridges and business-critical support calls. Success in this role requires exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, the ability to quickly resolve complex database issues under pressure while minimizing downtime, and experience supporting cloud migration initiatives and hybrid Oracle environments.
