Job Description

Technical Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor MuleSoft developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Define integration architecture and guide the team through design and implementation phases.

Solution Design & Delivery:

  • Architect scalable, secure, and reusable MuleSoft APIs for Salesforce CRM and related systems.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to align integration solutions with business and IT strategies.

Data Integration:

  • Design and implement data synchronization between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. Optimize data flows for performance, reliability, and scalability.

Security & Compliance:

  • Implement secure authentication and authorization flows for CRM integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and governance frameworks.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Salesforce teams, business analysts, and QA teams.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and integration roadmaps.

Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies for MuleSoft applications. Drive performance tuning and proactive issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Runtime Manager, DataWeave).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM APIs (REST/SOAP) and data model.
  • Proficiency in integration protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).

Leadership Skills:

  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex integration projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Skills:

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft deployments.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Preferred

Qualifications:

  • MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or Platform Architect.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or marketing automation tools. Knowledge of API governance and best practices.

  • Experience Level: 9+ years in integration development, 5+ years in Mule tech lead
