We are seeking a Change Management Analyst with specialized expertise in Endur to support organizational transformation initiatives within the oil & gas sector. This role will bridge the gap between technical teams and business users, ensuring smooth adoption of system changes through effective training and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have a background as an Endur Business Analyst (BA) and experience serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in user training environments.
Your Impact:
· Lead and support change management activities related to Endur system upgrades, enhancements, and process changes.
· Collaborate with project teams to assess change impacts and develop tailored training and communication plans.
· Act as a SME for Endur, providing guidance and support to general training team members.
· Design and deliver user training sessions, materials, and documentation for Endur users across business units.
· Partner with stakeholders to identify resistance, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure successful adoption.
· Monitor and report on change readiness, adoption metrics, and feedback to
continuously improve change strategies.
· Support business process mapping and documentation efforts as part of change initiatives.
Your Skills Experience:
· Proven experience as an Endur Business Analyst, with deep functional knowledge of the Endur platform.
· Demonstrated involvement in user training initiatives, ideally in a SME capacity.
· Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
· Experience in the oil & gas industry, with knowledge of trading, risk management, or operations preferred.
· Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
· Experience with organizational change in large-scale ERP or ETRM implementations.
· Familiarity with training development tools and techniques.
