Summary
We are hiring for candidates especially interested in deep hospitality domain experience with a hands-on engineering and architecture background. This role is not purely advisory or governance-focused.
Strong candidates will demonstrate:
- Hospitality technology depth: 10–15 years in Travel & Hospitality, with 7+ years focused on enterprise hospitality platforms (PMS, CRS, RMS, CRM, CDP, CMS, payments, data platforms)
- Hands-on enterprise architecture: Designing and implementing API-first integrations, event-driven architectures, and modern data platforms (streaming, lakehouse, real-time decisioning) that connect core hotel systems to digital and loyalty channels
- Engineering credibility: Direct involvement in solution design and delivery, not just standards or oversight
- Commercial acumen: Experience building repeatable, margin-accretive solution offerings; comfort with business cases and outcome-based pricing
- GTM leadership: Ownership of sales assets, demos, case studies, and presales motions; ability to present to executive stakeholders (brand, owner, and management company audiences)
- Delivery partnership: Ability to translate strategy into execution through reference architectures, standards, KPIs/OKRs, and governance across complex programs
Core Technical Expectations
- Hands-on experience with modern platforms such as Kafka, MongoDB, Couchbase, Spark, and AWS (EKS, EC2, S3) – at least 3
- Strong programming background with Java, Node.js, Scala, and/or Python
- GenAI tools usage and application development experience is mandatory
