- Front-end experience with React

Required / Desired Skills
· Professional .NET development experience
· Demonstrated experience taking ownership of existing applications and codebases
· Deep expertise with C#, .NET, and Entity Framework
· Strong experience designing and building RESTful APIs and using GraphQL
· Advanced SQL Server expertise including stored procedures and indexing strategies
· Proven experience using GitHub Enterprise.
· Demonstrated experience leading development efforts and mentoring other developers
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Experience migrating or modernizing legacy MVC applications
· Experience with React, Vite, and NodeJS
· Experience stabilizing or improving applications in active production environments
· Experience working in public sector or highly visible environments
· Experience supporting financial, tax, or property related systems
