Job Details

What You'll Do
Handle litigation from discovery through trial preparation
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
Support trial attorneys as second chair and assist with trial prep
Collaborate on case strategy and client advocacy in a fast-paced team setting

Position Overview
You'll manage a personal injury caseload from inception through resolution with the support of a dedicated team assigned specifically to you. The workload is structured to allow for high-quality, focused advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
Manage cases from filing through resolution
Draft and file pleadings and motions
Propound and respond to written discovery
Take and defend depositions (parties, witnesses, experts)
Handle court appearances, hearings, and case management conferences
Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
Work closely with support staff and leadership on case strategy

Qualifications
Active California Bar license in good standing
1+ years of personal injury litigation experience
Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Experience with discovery, depositions, and motion practice
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Team-oriented with a professional demeanor
