Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technology Business Management and Analytics in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:
* Partner with technology and finance leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and spend management activities
* Analyze technology costs, budget variances, trends, risks, and savings opportunities to improve financial transparency and decision-making
* Monitor cloud and technology spending, identify optimization opportunities, and support cost management initiatives
* Develop and maintain operational, financial, and performance metrics that measure team effectiveness and business value
* Build dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide visibility into technology performance, costs, and strategic initiatives
* Translate technical, operational, and financial data into actionable insights and executive-level reporting
* Support technology leadership with data-driven recommendations, business cases, and operational analysis
* Collaborate with technology, product, infrastructure, security, and finance teams to improve reporting, governance, and operational processes
* Drive continuous improvement by identifying workflow efficiencies, automation opportunities, and data quality enhancements
* Coordinate recurring operational reviews, KPI reporting, and leadership reporting processes

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field
* 4+ years of experience in technology operations, business operations, technology finance, business intelligence, analytics, or a related function
* Experience supporting technology organizations through reporting, performance measurement, and operational analysis
* Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve reporting, analytics, or operational processes
* Strong analytical skills with experience integrating and analyzing data from multiple business systems
* Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
* Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting insights to senior leadership
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into business recommendations
* Proven ability to design and build executive dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
