Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to design and enhance end-to-end user experiences for a data-rich enterprise platform focused on fleet monitoring, condition insights, and operational intelligence.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise product design, UX research, and design systems, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
12+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design
Strong experience with Figma (prototyping, design systems, handoff)
Experience designing enterprise / B2B applications (must-have)
Expertise in user-centered design, usability testing, and research.
- Experience with data-heavy dashboards or complex workflows
Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with analytics, monitoring, or IoT platforms
Exposure to fleet, industrial, or operational systems
Experience working in large enterprise product environments
