Job Description

Dev Ops Engineer- 1st Shift

Plano, TX or Richmond, VA

12 months – hybrid onsite position – 3 days in office/2 remote

 

Required skillset:

  • DevOps - CI/CD Pipeline, Jenkins
  • SRE - Observability
  • Readiness for On-call
  • Incident Management (TOC)
  • Software Engineering - Some prog exp & understanding of IDE

 

Required Qualifications

  • Must complete the required technical assessment as part of the interview process.
  • Hands-on DevOps experience supporting enterprise technology environments.
  • Experience developing and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with Jenkins.
  • Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts and practices.
  • Experience with observability and monitoring of production systems.
  • Experience supporting or participating in on-call rotations.
  • Experience with incident management and production troubleshooting.
  • Software engineering experience with an understanding of programming concepts and development environments/IDEs.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with software engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams.
