About the job 
Overview 
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Consultant to lead full lifecycle implementations for complex Oracle ERP projects within the public sector. This role requires deep functional expertise across Oracle Financials Cloud modules, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience delivering large-scale ERP transformations. 
Key Responsibilities 
● Lead functional workstreams across full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, from initiation through post-go-live support. 
● Conduct fit-gap analysis and drive business process design aligned with client requirements. 
● Manage all phases of ERP deployment, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, user training, and cutover activities. 
● Develop, document, and maintain Configuration Workbooks (CWB) and functional design documentation. 
● Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure successful system integrations with third-party applications. 
● Oversee and support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation, as well as interface design and deployment across modules. 
● Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring best practices and optimal system utilization. 

Required Qualifications 
● 12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations. 
● 8+ years leading Oracle Cloud Finance projects and functional teams. 
● Strong expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud modules, including: ○ General Ledger (GL) 
○ Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) 
○ Accounts Payable (AP) 
○ Accounts Receivable (AR) 
○ Procurement (PO) 
○ Fixed Assets (FA) 
○ Financial Analytics 
● Proven experience with data conversion and system integrations/interfaces. 
● Hands-on experience with Projects and Grants Accounting. 
● Public Sector experience is required, with strong understanding of government accounting standards and processes.
