(Please note: Shared folders with isolated screens are not sufficient; you need to tell a story about your experience so we can evaluate your mindset) Burning eyes and a focus on addressing user needs, rather than merely completing tasks Proven ability to work with requirements: ask, clarify, and follow them to ensure designs align with both business goals and user needs A knack for developing consistent UI designs that enable seamless and intuitive interactions between users and products Solid understanding of the main concepts behind design systems Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across product, engineering, and marketing Familiarity with leveraging AI tools or methodologies to enhance design efficiency and effectiveness English proficiency at a B2 level or higher to support productive communication and reduce potential misalignments with global customers
