Job Descriptions ::
D365 CRM Tech Lead :
Must have at-least 8 to 11 years of relevant experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales).
Dynamics 365 Technical with hands on complex Customizations and Configurations and integrations.
Need to be well versed in plugins, workflows, .Net, JavaScript and Portals.
Must have good knowledge on Dynamics 365 and coding best practices.
Includes design specifications, programming, problem diagnosis, debugging, testing, modification and assurance of technical requirements of computer programs per established industry practices and Customer s Development Management Methodology (DMM).
Must be able to work directly with the client and Microsoft.
Must have good communication skills.
D365 CRM Functional :
Must have at-least 10 years of experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales).
Dynamics 365 Functional with knowledge on Customizations and Configurations.
Should be able to analyze and validate fitment of a requirement with Dynamics.
Must have good knowledge on Dynamics 365 and best practices. Should be able to prepare functional documentation.
Must be able to work directly with the client and lead functional design discussions with business and bridge the gap between business and technology team.
D365 CRM Technology Architect
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
15 + overall experience in IT and 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in D365 CRM and power platform as a Solution or Technical Architect. Hands-on experience and understanding of D365 Architecture, landscape and design. Experience in Configuration, Customizations using Plugins, Java Scripts, Custom Workflows, Integration APIs, web API, WCF and Model driven apps, power automation, building portal, Canvas apps and Azure services.
Extensive knowledge and experience of CRM modules and Power Apps Portal.
Code review and Enhancements .
Technical and functional design reviews.
Lead a team of developers.
Experience working/developing JavaScript, Plugins
Strong understanding of application lifecycle management.
Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Solution Deployment.
