Must Have Skills (TOP 3 SKILLS) Adobe AEM DAM, JAVA, Servlets, Spring boots.
10+ years of total experience with 8+ years in AEM and related products.
Design and architect end to end AEM Assets (DAM) solutions for enterprise scale environments
Architect and optimize asset ingestion, transformation, rendition, and distribution flows
Define and design cloud ready AEMaaCS DAM architecture, including content transfer processes, CI/CD pipelines, asset microservices, and modern delivery models.
Evaluate and recommend the most suitable architectural patterns, integration frameworks, and platform capabilities for enterprise DAM solutions.
Ensure that the DAM architecture meets all scalability, performance, security, and governance requirements.
Possess hands-on experience with end to end implementations of AEM 6.5 or later; experience with AEM as a Cloud Service is highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in migrating content from legacy systems into AEM.
Skilled in developing custom reusable AEM components, building new components, custom workflow models, templates, dialogs, DAM customizations, and OSGi services/bundles.
Experienced in various AEM modules, including Web Content Management (WCM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Personalization, Tagging, and Replication Agents.
Experience in migrating metadata for assets, integrating with PIM systems via APIs, working with ACS Commons, and generating asset-related reports.
Hands-on experience integrating AEM with other Adobe solutions such as Adobe Sensei, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Dynamic Media (Scene7).
Knowledgeable in Content Hub and Brand Portal for asset distribution and governance.
Strong programming expertise in Java, J2EE, JSP, HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, Servlets, Web Services, JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, CSS, JSON, API development, and scheduled Sling Jobs.
Strong knowledge of Dispatcher, GraphQL API, and headless AEM applications.
Capable of defining and implementing metadata schemas for Adobe Cloud Assets and Tags.
Experience working with the Java Content Repository (JCR) API and Sling framework.
Able to create and maintain AEM content models, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments to deliver consistent and engaging user experiences.
