Title: Infrastructure Engineer
Company: Local Government
Location: Delray Beach - 5 days onsite
Type: 3 month contract to hire
Notes
- They want 10+ years experience (this is NOT mid-level)
- Should be strong in:
- infrastructure + Systems Engineering
- SAN/storage + virtualization (critical)
- Experience in enterprise or government environments = big plus
- Certifications preferred (VMware, Azure, OpenShift, etc.)
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of data security administration principles, methods, and techniques.
- Must have experience setting up backend networking/volumes for SAN to hypervisor/virtual servers.
- Preferred experience in Office 365; Azure; VMWare; OpenShift; Veeam; Exagrid; Pure Storage; Cisco UCS; Windows Server; MS SQL; Ubuntu; VoIP Phone systems.
- Completed certification in a hypervisor environment in VMware, OpenShift, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Proxmox etc. is desired.
