Job Description:
Join our team as a remote Service Desk Technician on a contract basis, providing technical support to various locations with unique infrastructure needs. 
You will handle support requests, document issues, and ensure excellent customer service while using various technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating empathy and understanding.
Utilize knowledge bases to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Support connectivity and troubleshooting for various devices and systems.
Manage remote desktop and network configurations.
Handle critical issues with urgency and escalate as needed.

Qualifications
2 years of experience in technical support or customer service roles.
Technical degree or relevant certifications preferred.
Experience with service management software is a plus.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
